Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental, the deposit will be non-refundable. Our rentals operate rain or shine, as Florida’s weather can change rapidly, and short storms usually pass quickly. However, if you need to reschedule due to weather or other reasons: Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance: No fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure we can provide the best service possible for all customers.
